Terms of Service

By using the Youdah platform, you agree to these Terms and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific features or services provided by Youdah. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the platform.

To use certain features of the platform, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

The Youdah platform allows campaign owners to create campaigns and participants to join these campaigns. You understand and acknowledge that Youdah does not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legality of the campaigns or premium items.

4. Campaigns and Transactions

Campaign owners are solely responsible for the campaigns they create, including the description, terms, and delivery of premium items. Participants are responsible for reviewing and complying with the campaign details before participating.

5. Campaign Participation Restrictions

To ensure fairness, the following individuals cannot participate in Youdah campaigns:

• Youdah board members, stockholders, and employees
• Immediate family of Youdah employees (up to the 4th degree of consanguinity)
• Youdah partners and ambassadors

6. Intellectual Property

You acknowledge that the Youdah platform and its content, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, text, graphics, and software, are the intellectual property of Youdah or its licensors. You agree not to use, copy, modify, or distribute any such content without prior written consent.

7. User Content

By using the platform, you may submit or post user-generated content, including but not limited to campaign descriptions, comments, and reviews. You retain ownership of your user content but grant Youdah a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, and publish your user content.

8. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information.

9. Termination

Youdah reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in any fraudulent or illegal activities. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting Youdah.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of the Philippines.

11. Limitation of Liability

You understand and agree that Youdah shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of your use of the platform or any campaigns.

12. Changes to Terms

Youdah may modify these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on the platform. Your continued use of the platform after the modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
